Lead Pastors & Worship Leader

PAstors Jake & Lindsay Cordell

Jake and Lindsay Cordell serve as the lead pastors at theBridge, and Lindsay also serves as the worship leader.  They have been married for 14 years and have four kids - Jack, Channing, Oliver and Ben.  Jake and Lindsay grew up in North Carolina, met at a youth retreat, and got married in 2001.  They graduated from Life Pacific College in 2005, then moved to Cornelius, NC to be the middle school youth pastors at Grace Covenant Church.  After four years, Jake accepted a position at the Southeast District office as the NextGen Director and then later as the Director of Operations.  Jake and Lindsay then moved to Charles Town in 2015 to accept the position as lead pastors here at theBridge.  They quickly fell in love with this area and felt right at home at theBridge.  Their passion is to see others not only come to know Jesus as their personal Savior, but also to help people find and pursue their passion and assignment in God’s Kingdom.

Associate Pastor

Pastor RAndy and Cherie Reed

Hi! We are Randy and Cherie Reed. We started serving as youth pastors at theBridge in 2008 and transitioned to leading all NextGen Ministries from babies to young adults in July 2016. And we love theBridge church! We know how important it is to disciple students so they can know their identity in Christ and begin the journey to the calling God has for them. We really enjoy doing ministry as a team. Our desire for those who volunteer in NextGen is to equip and release them to serve the kingdom of God by investing into the next generation. We truly enjoy our church family!
